Fraud in my opinion

I purchased a product from smallbizsite.us, Elite Executive Suites Inc, they neither built my bussiness credit, nor gave me a refund for not doing what I paid them to use. If you want to build bussiness credit, do not use these people. They suck. You can't get a hold of them after you pay the fee, they do nothing, anf getting a refund, well, so far after 9 months, still aint got it.
