
non delivery of paid for items

I ordered an item paid for it received and and when plugged in wouldn't work. This took a few weeks to find out as I was waiting for all the other electrical equipment to arrive to try it all together. I sent the item back and paid the postage myself and was told as time had lapsed I was only entitled to a credit on the item itself not two postages, to receive and to send back. This was over two months ago, when I phoned they tell me that they have been sent and will not answer emails.
