Non delivery

I had a bed deivered by Craftmatic minus headboard. I was asked to order a headboard when the bed was delivered and delivery would be 2/3 days. I paid by cheque which has been cashed and after 2 weeks not only has the HB not been delivered but I cannot obtain a delivery date
