The mayor of new orleans recently stated that he wanted his city to be a 'chocolate' city. Well I guess not only does he want the government to hand out money to his people living there, but he wants the government to pay for the very existance of the city. He wants a city that exist on the welfare of the tax payers of the United States. I would say, any one who is 'vanilla' should boycott the city and spend thier money at another city that is not 'chocolate'. The sad thing is, he will probably get into office in the fall. One day maybe we will hear the mayor of some city in californie, arizona or new mexico or texas declare they want their city to be 'wet back'. They will probably get elected into office too. Think about it.
