My complaint is that when these internet companies ask you for you credit card number and the service is free for 3 days or 7 days and you unsubscribe the day before your time is up and they tell you you cannot unsubscribe by internet but YOU HAVE to call to unsubscribe. My question is why can I not unsubscribe by internet if that is the way I got the service and they say that is their rules but I say they are a fraud because they took money from me when I did not use there service. True.com a dating service whom I am talking about and when I used the service for the free trail it was lousy. NO SATISFACTION AT ALL.
