neighbors are rude

For some reason UPS delivered a package containing a VERY expensive phone to our neighbors house instead of ours, even though we were home. No biggy, not fond of these people, but I can handle that, we had no idea it was even here yet.... until they ring the door bell, it took a minute for me to get to the door, then there was no one there when I peaked out my blinds.... hmmm weird, right, must be just neighborhood kids goofin, no biggy. Until I see a box get thrown over my back wall landing smack dab in the middle of my concrete patio..... what is it... yep a 400 dollor cell phone that they couldn't wait 2 freakin seconds to give to me.....
