neglect of father while in care home

my father was put into care three years ago where over that pe riod of time he was given drugs to keep him subduded all the time he was in he was constantly covered in bruises when this was quried the care staff said thae the other patients had done it he ended up having a fall in october last year they had to operate because he had broke his hip he died shortley after shortly before he died i moved him to a new home and that is where he died but even so it took them seven hours to contact me that he had died when i asked them why it had taken so long they said they couldnt find my phone number i carnt get on with my life because i am so eaten up with guilt and remorse about how he was treated or rather miss treated i hope one day i can
