Nasty Receptionist

I recently went to Dr. Louis Guzmans office for a regular teeth cleaning. I got there and was immediately yelled at for being late, and i wasn't b/c i had made my appt. for the same time i go to work- when i asked why i wasn't called at least she responded' would you like me to pick you up too?' Now i don't know about anyone else but any office i worked at you'd be fired immediately for speaking to a customer like that. That was just the beginning of our spat. I just called back to try to speak to an office manager and guess who answered the phone? Again i was spoken to in a very unprofessional manner and was told that i was harassing her for calling. I think any customer has the right to speak to a manager if you have a problem, again anywhere i've ever worked at you would be immediately fired for verbal abuse and refusal to put a manager on the phone. I am warning anyone who cares that Dr. Louis Guzman at 2174 Hewlett Ave. in Merrick is not an office anyone should set foot in. Please take my advise and be more careful about what dr's you go see.
