AIRTEL makes fool to its customer !

i am parag using AIRTEL card and my no is 9960439102 before 5 days my airtel card was blocked due to(-ne) verification on the 2nd day when i was trying to see whether my out going call are activate or not that time my call was tranfered to cust care off,and he took my full address.so the conversation took abt 9 min .so airtel charge me 14rs for the call and on the next day when i again tried to check whether my card was activate so i called on my friends cell then the same thing happened they deducted my 1rs from A-A calls. when i call to customer care office the people dont know how to talk to their customer they are using rubish language and irrating their customers this company is making fool to customers
