I realize the original post is almost a year old but the more I think about this the more I think your wife is fucked in more ways than one. This isn't always the case, but based on everything you said it sounds like your wife does really care about you and the ex means nothing to her emotionally. It is not unusual for a woman to have some submissive tendencies or supressed desires to be a dirty girl. It is easier to let go when there are no real feelings or responsibilities attached, and it is just raw sex. It isn't fair but it is much easier to do that with someone she doesn't care about than with you. Yes it is wrong but she was probably simply overwhelmed in the moment and gave in to it, and now it sounds like she feels bad about it and wants to reconnect with you. It might be a good opportunity to reconnect sexually and maybe takes things to a more passionate level. If you can't get past it then you need to talk about it and be very honest about how you feel. Now how she expects you to feel or how you think you are supposed to feel or what the losers here talking about balls would tell you to feel, but how you really feel. Maybe it was a one time thing, but if she needs to be more like that at times, maybe there are ways you and her can both enjoy her being a naughty girl. ;)
