My Verizon Nightmare

A Verizon operator OK'D a number as 'local' for my computer connection to an ISP. It was a backup number but, when the necessity to put it to use came about, it turned out to be 'regional.' The bill was close to $1,100. It has been ten(10)months and we're still fighting.
