My sister took advantage of our Father's money

My sister had my Dad who has dementia write a check for her. I nearly fainted when she told me she got him to give her three separate checks over the last two years in the region of $150,000.00 dollars. She said she could get it all if she wanted! She is even expecting her share of the inheritance money. I am my Fathers Power of Attorney and I don't know what to do. I asked my Dad and he told me he gave her checks but didn't realize how much money he gave her. Any reasonable advice would be greatly apprecitated. Thank you G

Fraud: obtaining goods, funds or services by deception. The best thing you can do for you both is to get her to return the funds. Since she told you you can now be investigated as an accessory after the fact. Especially as his POA you're the prime suspect in a fraud case. FYI: She's setting you up for her fall. Good luck, you'll fucking need it.

You're a moron seeking advice on the internet. Get a good lawyer and take the gloves off with your sister. Time to play hardball.
