my faulty 350z clutch

my 2 year old 350z clutch is gone, when went in for a clicking sound from rear of vehicle. unbelivable! now i must bay £600 for something that was cause by a dod repair by a dod enginner. Has anyone else 350z clutch gone after 16k on the clock, car has no engine mods.
