my agoraphobia makes me unbearable lonely

My husband died when I was in my 20s and since then I have devoted my life t bringing up my three children and helping to look after my grandchildren. I am 60 and agoraphobic and I cannot bear the panic attacks and loneliness. I can't live with my children as there is no room. My son lived with me until a few months ago.
