Never ever deal with Freeupgrades.co.uk, they are a great big set of incompetent con merchants!! First they lie to get your business, then when they get found out they make it as hard as possible to cancel the contract. Then they inundate you with demands for money and send you phones out even when you've sent them back three times already. The staff at customer services have no idea about customer service as none of them are actually capable of making any decisions and plus they don't have any managers to speak to EVER. They are a bunch of cowboys to be avoided.
