microsoft return

I returned to Microsoft Corp. their windows home program which I had purchased from Cosco in Miami, Florida. I followed all their instructions & have been waiting almost a year for them to return $98 to me. They have acknowledged the return but keep finding something wrong with paper work. Then 2 months ago they said everything was fine but I have still not received my refund.
