Homeowner's insurance is a 'rip-off''

I recently filed a homeowner's insurance claim to recover costs to repair rain damage to my home. The claim was denied and the adjustor who came to inspect the damage was very rude. This person was very unprofessional and not concerned for her own safety as she was wearing 3' platform shoes als to climb the latter she use to inspect the damage on the roof.
