I placed a very large online order for Merlite Jewelry (the company is supposedly located in New York City.) They took all my billing info, and I printed out the order and a confirmation. Then there was nothing! I tried to call the toll free number, but it was disconnected. I tried the local number, and I got a machine... I left a message, but no one returned my call. I tried several times after that and didn't even get an answer. If you want to order jewelry online, DON'T bother trying to order from them. Their prices look great, especially for clearance items, but there's something seriously wrong with a company like this.
