Working for Boards Hollywood Video franchises is a dead end effort. Unfortunately you get little or no training, and than you get chewed out when you do things wrong, or not at all cause you don't know what to do. The management does not know their product. They actually didn't know who Clark Gable was! They haven't seen anything but fairly current movies so they are ignorant. There is no senority no matter how many shifts besides your own you work, or how long you work there.
