Have you ever been charged $25 by a physicians office for no-showing an appointment? The appointment was made in the early am because I was sick. My regular physician had no appointments available so I was given one with another physician in the office for 2pm. I called and cancelled the appointment around noon because I had gotten to see another physician of mine in the meantime. Is this allowed as I continue to be hounded by the billing office of this medical office as I refuse to pay this charge that I believe is not valid.
