McAfee the computer virus protector people have given me duff informtion and refuse to refund my money despite the fact that i can't download the security package. i've asked for a disc and been told i might get one in 3-5 weeks which is not good enough. Just written a letter and they won't give me the head of Customer Service name to address it to...ARGGGGG
