maytag washer

I bought a brand new maytag washer that is now not working. It has had two motors two timers replaced and I am currently awaiting the arrival of a new transmission, 1 and 1/2 months late. I have recieved absolutley no satisfaction from maytag for this obviously defective washing machine, and have been treated rudely by maytag reps during my phone correspondence. For a family of five to be without a washer for this period of time is a strain. We are a tow parent working household and have had to tkae days out of work, 5 days total now, to wait for repairmen to show up. I have resorted to obtaining legal counsel to get the washer replaced with a new one. My advice is that if you buy a maytag product be prepared to spend lots of time and money if something goes wrong with you appliance. I have.
