We booked a room for our 35th anniversary at the Marriot Hotel in Tempe. We were told we had a king size bed in a non-smoking room. When we checked in even though our room was guaranteed on a card we were told we had a smoking room with 2 double beds. Marriots policy is that they don't gurantee the room just give it 'preference' We were never told this on the phone. Just want a heads up to Marriot customers
