manager isn't doing his job!

Our company has recently brought in a new 'operation director' He has been there for 2 months and has not even attempted to learn the business. He has no experiance in this type of work. I believe that if our (my co-works) bring our concerns to light in the right manner, steps will be taken in higher management to fix our frustration. Bottom line, my boss sucks!
