I complained to Bank of America in writing about overdraft fees they carged when I was trying to close my account. I complained before I wrote at least 3 times on thier customer service 1-800 # and was basiclly told to bad..so sad. There responce to my writing was copies of my past 3 statements and to bad..so sad. Then they immidiately sent it to a collection company with another huge fee tacked on..A nasty YOUNG women tried to bully me by saying to me that she could care less about my problem..you owe and I am going to tell my client to turn this over to the attorneys. NO ONE HAS BEEN WILLING TO GO THROUGH MY ACCOUNT AND WORK ON A SOLUTION. This is one of the reasons I wanted to switch my account in the first place..Poor customer service..I am not a rich person, but I am honest. Maybe, because I am not a rich woman they can rob ever penny I have. I found this company to be ruthless bullies.
