my husband and I bought(ordered)this fabulous bed. All the parts didn't come with it. We called the company, were told to return the complete king size bed (which we had completely assembled at this [point). They in turn told us we had to box up the whole thing just to get two tiny pin shipped to us. We in turn found a local distributor. Long story short, they mailed us the new pins. Had we known there was a local distributor we could have bought the bed from them and saved ourselves $150.00 in shipping.(and by the way we had already burned all 7 hugh boxes wehen we were told to ship the whole bed back)
