lumber liquidator delivery problem

Lumber Liquidators (LL) medssed up my delivery of over 6,000 pounds of flooring. When I complained to them (called their cust service, regional manager, and owner--Tom Sullivan) I was ignored. They WILL NOT return calls to consumers. Seems once they get their money arrogance and apathy take over. It almost seems they enjoy ignoring their (ex-)customers. LL probably started out as a good company, but I believe they have become too big for their britches!
