Don't shop with these companies, anything to do with Furniture Row, a family run corporation. If the mattress I ordered is as bad as the service I received then nobody will ever get a decent night's sleep. I needed my mattress in a rush as I had just moved and had nothing on which I could sleep. Purchased two mattress' for 3 grand with the assurance that they could be delivered by the date agreeded upon. Next day story changed and they could not deliver on the day they promised but would deliver mismatched top and bottom and then charge a delivery fee twice to pick up the wrong box springs. Asked if there was a restocking fee, no of course not, but there is a 10% cancellation fee will be forfieted to seller for loss of opportunity. Not that they told me that. Hope they sleep well, I would rather loose the fee than ever purchase anything from any of their Furniture Row stores. To say anything to make a sale is not a place I am willing to shop and as a woman who is over sixty with severe arthritis I will sleep on a floor than ever shop at any of these retail establishments. I had made arrangements to purchase about 5 grand worth of other furniture, not now. Thanks, Chad, Mishawaka's forked tongued associate..truth sells better than lies.
