Love is complicated!

I've had enough of loving someone that doesn't love me back . I'm 13 and I'm in love with this boy who is 15 .He has a girlfriend but we kissed . He needs to tell me how I feels , instead of making me feel like some dead end !! I can't be in the middle of friend and girlfriend anymore ,I need to be one or the other !He lives just across the road , so I keep on looking at his house and can't stop thinking about him !!I'm going mad because I can't bring myself to telling him that I care about him more for him then for a just friend .So , now I know for sure that I love him but if he don't deside if he wants to be with me or his girfriend , then it's over !I can't carry on being his friend after my heart gets broken !!I've given up waiting !!!
