I purchased some Lingerie from www.lovehoney.co.uk in order to try the garment on i had to remove the tag as the under garment was attatched to the inside tag of the garment. The garment didnt fit was cheap and nasty and looked dreadful when i got it on so as it was £36.99 i read the returns policy on my order form and sent it back as it said 'no nonsense no quibbles returns policy.' I was under the impression as long as you sent it back within the stated time unworn and in the same condition as you recieved the product you could get a refund as stated on the order form. Apparently not! A few days later i recieved a email saying the package was being returned back to me because 'the tag was removed and there was know need to remove it to try the garment on'.....YES there was as the under garments were attatched to the tag inside!!! I explained why it had been removed in a letter enclosed in the package on returning it. And that it was obviouse it was unworn unwashed and in perfect condition. When they called they were rude after it taking forever for the customer service department to contact me back and then she was totally un helpful spoke over me and i practactly had to scream to her down the phone before she offered me a credit note for the website to which i was told 'You should be greatful i dont have to do that for you' Sorry but i really am not greatful as i just wanted my money back and am really annoyed!
