I have a refrigerator just over one year old, it has an intermittent problem. During this problem it goes warm, I looose all the groceries! I had a Tech come out and he stated, this is a problem he has been fixing for numerous people, it's a common occurrance! I've had refrigerators that never had a problem and owned them for over 10 years. Their Customer Service Dept. suggest they send another tech out when the problem has already been diagnosed by a Tech! They want $250.00 to fix it when they are the one's selling appliances that do not work properly. I saw on the Net that they have recalls and complaints, when are they going to step up to the plate and accept responsibility? Is it going to take someone in my family getting sick from eating food that was not stored at a proper temperature? So much for quality, I will never recommend any of their products to anyone.
