my complaint is against two entities i bought a monte carlo at the time i retired it turned out to be a lemon but general motors will not honor their warranty. i filed suit against them now they and my attorney have lagged around for (5)years since i filed suit with no help in sight. about (2)year into the lawsuit gm requested that i get an expert witness which i did and he discovered the car which was sold as a new car was pieced together over the rear window and is fraudulent case with several other defects such as paint, brake, transmission electrical and rotor problems. there is no one that will enforce the lemonlaw.
