(UK) I've spent hundreds of pounds and been sold a really bad product by IKEA> It's taken them months to even come and inspect it (first they sent a mattress specilaist to inspect my kitchen)and time and gagain they keep telling me they're sorting it out and they will call me back within 12 hours - and no one calls. It's daylight robbery to let these people keep getting away with it. Don't buy IKEA.
