leaky bladder

I want to complain about my leaky bladder. I'm only 39 years old and I have a leaky bladder. I hate it! It's getting worse the older I get. I seem to never empty my bladder. I will pee and five minutes later I feel I need to pee again. I have a shower and twenty minutes later I smell like urine. I don't know what to do. I wash myself after every pee but I still smell of urine. I know this is a weird complaint but it's a true one. What can I do? I could never just drop my pants in an instant and have sex because I'm afraid I'll spell like pee so there is nothing spontanious in my life to do with sex.
