Lazy People

Does anyone do the job that they get paid for anymore? It seems that each month when the bills come in there are mistakes and I have to spend an entire day on the phone correcting other peoples work! The cable company, the cell phone company. It seems as though no one does their job anymore. I feel as though they think my time is less valuable than theirs!
