Bristish Gas have requested my 74year old Mother on Pension credit owes them £600. She has paid all her bills and has proof. HOwever, now we've recieved a letter saying they will cut her off if she doesn't pay £489! We've rung British GAs for the last 6 months to resolve this, but they don't know what they are doing. Unresolved!
