Purchased couch, loive seat and chair from LazBoy because we are in our seventies andwanted to be able to recline in the evening and be comfortable. We purchased this because we had both been injured a few years ago and needed to be able to put our legs up as much as possible when resting. In the store the furniture worked fine and we expected the same result but instead we had to struggle to get the furniture to recline and is impossible for us to close . We complained to manager a few times and he stated that he would exchange but wanted customer service to come out first . The people in customer service were very rude and let us know that we had bought the furniture and that we were the owners of great furniture. When we called the manager he wouldn,t answer but would instead have customer service to call again and give some smart answer
