Lawyers keeping Your Down Payment

What would you do if the lawyer you hired for a closing keeps your dowwn payment. This is due to a house that I placed a down payment on and then found another house better. And the sellers had no problem with this because they sold there house anyway. And this lawyer will not give back my down payment. This is my complaint Never hirer Terry Finklestein, located in New Jersey.
