For 19 months Cingular Wirless hasn't mailed out a ghost bill, while sending out a zero balance bill. Now, 19 months later they expect to be paid for an account that was closed 9 months ago. At no time were these ghost bills ever sent and I had no knowledge they existed. Nor did they cancel service even thought they claim they weren't paid for 12 months. Anyone else with this same sad story?
