I booked a hotel through Lastminute.com for the 13th of June 2006 and paid in advance as requested £90.11. On arrival at the Hotel I found the booking had not been made and had to make other arrangements. It is now the 24th of July 2006 and after repeated phone calls and failed promises I have still not recieved a refund. Additionally they say they will not refund the full amount as they expect me to play the credit card charge.
