LAPD needs to be reformed. It's just another gang but legal. They drive around and bully people and get away with there own mistakes. They fundraise by putting out a rally every now and then pulling everybody over and ticketing them. That's how they raise revenue and pay for new equipmment. When they get trouble they call their watch commander to get them free. Watch commander cancels all 911 calls to the particular place the drunken off duty officer is located. The drunk officer is scott free. No Jail time, no DUI class, no suspended license. I'm sure there is a lot of others with the same problem. I know they are humans just like us with mistakes and all. But we trust them everyday and yet they bully and bastardized the system. A reformation is needed. A new way of selecting a new cop is needed. That's all. I know there are good cops too but the bad ones outway the good ones.
