Dont buy any concert tickets from Krystals box office in Herts.The staff are rude and unhelpful. They dont deliver the tickets in time. We complained like hell, they sent the odd job man up, 45 minutes before the concert was due to start with standing tickets less than half the face value of the original ones we bought, and in other peoples names.We were also offered the alternative of fetching them ourselves. Give them a wide berth.
