when a vehicle is towed by 'Emerald valley towing' and then broken into while in Emerald valley towing's care.The lot owned by emerald valley towing in high crime area at (4020 prairie road eugene oregon).A shortfence no barbed wire,as of last saturday night no guard to protect your vehicle or its contents at this location.The repareing of the vehicle and replacement of its contents should be the responsibility of 'Emerald valley Towing' Instead it cost $220.00 to get trashed car back.six days and still no repair,replacement or money.Driveing around with no window,stereo,glass all over car ,no dome light and missing I-POD,and cell phone.This is not rite.

They are criminal themselves they have no respect people and their property. Someone should report them to the better business bureau!!
