Jeff Phillips Mitsubishi ripped me off to the tune of $21,000.00. I purchased a used 04 Volvo S40 from them in May 06 & it's been in the shop since 2 weeks after date of purchase. I've had only 20 days of operable service out of this car since date of purchase. I briefed Mr Phillips on all repair issues & asked that he compensate me. He has refused. I've resorted to hiring an attorney & he will be sending Mr Phillips a letter requesting that he take the car back & compensate me. I'm hoping that Mr Phillips will respond favorably. I will post an update on this issue as soon as my attorney gets a reply from Mr Phillips.
