in cincinnati ohio there is not enough jail space to hold al the law breakers. i have two adault children who know that there isnt enough jail space to hold them my daughter has 10 mistimenar capious warnts they take her in and she is out in two hours. She just keeps racking them up knowing she will not be incarcerated. that sucks........ she needs help and so does cincinnati ohio
