I bought my daughter the ipod as a christmas present December 2005. My ipod froze in May. We sent it to ipod, they said it was out of warranty and refuse to fix it. we still have the broken ipod. I hate that Apple is so big that they could care less about us consumers who buy their products. They also had us buy $59.00 in insurance cost. I wish they would just replace the ipod thus alleviating the anger we all feel. Now I have two broken ipods. Apple please fix these broken ipods. An unhappy parent in Santa Clarita, Ca.
