
Ford not owning up to manufacturing defects

I have experienced two failures of the transmission on my Ford Windstar. The first was repaired under warranty, but when the second failed about 20,000 miles later they did not assume responsibility. A third party analysis showed a clear manufacturing defect - Ford Customer Service AND top company executives have consistency rejected any review of above and never assumed any responsibility for the defects!
