I'm addicted to pornography and have been since puberty. I'm 24 now and lack self control. I'm confessing now to keep myself accountable. I want to have better health and a concrete sense of self-respect.

It's normal to have a healthy sex drive and when you're religious you learn to hate that drive and hate yourself .and all you do is circle around with normal human desires, and then wind up feeling guilty for it. Masturbate guilt free I prefer sex. Masturbation is pretty boring.
