LOL... just in case what? In case you're being secretly watched by someone who hacked into your computer and is recoreding your activity remotely? It has happened - it happened to college students at a well known university, and it was being done by the university! Look it up online. Better safe than sorry, right. However, know this - it can't be distributed because it was ( assuming it is true, which is probably not the case ) obtained illegaly without your consent. Check the laws in your state. It might have more to do with your up bringing about sex and how bad it (supposedly ) is. The real deal is that people who spy are more interested in your shopping habits, web site history, credit card and bank information, and personal information - what ever can be profited on, so unless you are a celebrity, you have nothing to worry about.
