I have been sheilded from justice for,four years,because I'm pursuing a Philadelphia 5th dist Police Officer having help with a Lab in providing me with false DNA Paternity results comfirmed by an expert.The Internal Affair has also ignored the situation,but claim that their commands are investigating,but hasn't yet made contact with me since the last complaint was made 12/02/05.This huge coverup has turned my Family into Hostages,due to the fact of me reaching out for help to higher authorties and being told they will help,but it has been all an intentional delay all because there is a Police officer ivolved,who has several complaints against her,for stalking,harassing and making terroristic threats against my wife and I because,I wont take the responsibility of her child that her and my preditor uncle created and expects for me to be with her,cover my Uncles mistakes and forget about my wife and children after telling me that she was going to make me take care of my Uncles child since I,Rob already take care of two kids that aren't mines anyway.Now after all the problems she's caused and thinks she's going to get away with this,because she is an Police Officer is the reason why our Communities have so many PROBLEMS with Police Abusing their autority with the Color of Law.
